Dark Chocolate Balsamic Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Potatoes and Carrots

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Pork Tenderloins, 6 oz
  • 1/2 Cup(s) OMG! Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Cup(s) Water
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Garlic Powder

PREPARATION

  1. Step 1.
    Rub tenderloin with olive oil, season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Step 2.
    Set crockpot to “stove top” setting on high. Brown both sides of the tenderloin for two minutes.
  3. Step 3.
    Mix together OMG! Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar, water and garlic powder for Balsamic Sauce.
  4. Step 4.
    Pour Balsamic sauce on top of tenderloin.
  5. Step 5.
    Set crockpot to “slow cook” on low for six hours. After it’s finished cooking, remove the pork tenderloin from the crockpot.
  6. Step 6.
    Combine 4 tablespoons of cold water with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Whisk well and add to the sauce that’s in the crockpot.
  7. Step 7.
    Bring to a boil on the “stove top” setting on high.
  8. Step 8.
    Turn crockpot pot off once the sauce thickens and return the tenderloin back to the pot to keep warm until serving.
