- 1/4 Cup(s) OMG! White Truffle Oil
- 1/3 Cup(s) Popcorn Kernels
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Sea Salt
- 3 Tablespoon(s) Finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
Step 1.Place a 3 ½ to 4 quart saucepot over medium heat.
Step 2.Heat the kernels, stirring frequently, until they begin to pop. When the kernels start to pop, cover the pot with a lid and shake the pot continuously so the popcorn doesn’t burn at the bottom of the pot. Cook until the popping slows significantly and you hear very few or no hard kernels left when shaking the pot (about 3 minutes). Remove from heat and immediately pour into a large mixing bowl.
While the popcorn is hot, drizzle with 1 tablespoon OMG! White Truffle Oil, 1/3 teaspoon sea salt, and 1 tablespoon cheese. We recommend pouring the White Truffle Oil on a spoon or an olive oil sprayer. Stir the popcorn and repeat two more times. Season to taste with freshly ground black pepper and serve.
