Who doesn’t love a quick dish? I'm always trying to find quick and easy recipes I can throw in the oven while working. Made some salmon with this Classic Barrel-Aged Balsamic Vinegar from @omggourmet. I loved the quality of this product, thick and rich in flavor.

💫Deets on the sauce: Over medium heat, cook and stir garlic until soft, about 3 minutes. Mix in white wine, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Simmer, uncovered, for about 3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
If baking, pour over salmon fillets and bake @ 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
Stovetop add salmon to sauce and cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
