- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Cup(s) White Wine
- 2 Teaspoon(s) Honey
- 2 Tablespoon(s) OMG! Classic Barrel-aged Balsamic glaze
Step 1.Over medium heat, cook and stir garlic until soft, about 3 minutes.
Step 2.Mix in white wine, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Simmer, uncovered, for about 3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
Step 3.Baking: pour over salmon fillets and bake 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.Stovetop: add salmon to sauce and cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
