Balsamic - Glazed Salmon





  1. Step 1.
    Over medium heat, cook and stir garlic until soft, about 3 minutes.
  2. Step 2.
    Mix in white wine, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Simmer, uncovered, for about 3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  3. Step 3.
    Baking: pour over salmon fillets and bake 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.Stovetop: add salmon to sauce and cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
