8oz Rotini, PREPARED
2 tbsp butter
1/8 C flour
1 C milk
1/2 C half half
2oz Cream Cheese softened
2oz shredded Asiago cheese
8oz shredded sharp cheddar
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp OMG White Truffle Oil, plus a cup full for drizzle
1 tbsp chopped italian parsley
1/2 C Panko bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare rotini, and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter once melt add flour and stir, cooking 2-3mins.
Add milk slowly with a whisk, mixing well.
Whisk half and half, paprika, 1/2 italian parsley, salt and pepper. Add cream cheese, Asiago cheese and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
Add truffle oil and rotini and stir until blended. Pour into prepared 9 x 13 pan and top evenly with Panko bread crumbs. Drizzle top with truffle oil.
Bake 20 mins. Let rest for 5 mins and add the remaining parsley to the top.
