Bruschetta with Eureka Garlic Olive Oil

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh Basil
  • French Bread
  • 2 Garlic Cloves 
  • OMG! Eureka Garlic Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


Preheat oven at 425 F. Slice French Bread (1/2" thickness) and rub Garlic Cloves on bread. Place French bread in oven for 5-10 minutes. Combine sliced cherry tomatoes (pat them dry with paper towel), minced Garlic Cloves and Shredded Basil in a bowl. Add Salt and pepper to taste. Put bruschetta on bread right out of the oven, then drizzle Eureka Garlic Olive Oil on top- that's amore!
