- 1 Bunch medium-sized aparagus
- 1/4 Cup(s) OMG! Traditional Garlic Balsamic Dipping Oil
- 2 Tablespoon(s) Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 Cloves Garlic
Step 1.Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare the asparagus by gently bending a spear. It should naturally snap near the bottom of the stalk. Cut the rest of the spears to a similar length. This will remove the woody part of the stem.
Step 2.Spread asparagus into an even layer on a sheet pan. Toss to coat with the OMG! Traditional Garlic Balsamic Dipping Oil, add cloves to baking sheet. Roast 15-20 minutes until tender.
Sprinkle with shaved Parmesan and serve immediately.
