Garlic Balsamic Roasted Asparagus




Yield: 4 servings (as a side dish)

1 bunch medium-sized asparagus

¼ cup OMG! Traditional Garlic Balsamic Dipping Oil

2 TBS shaved Parmesan cheese


  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare the asparagus by gently bending a spear. It should naturally snap near the bottom of the stalk. Cut the rest of the spears to a similar length. This will remove the woody part of the stem.
  • Spread asparagus into an even layer on a sheet pan. Toss to coat with the garlic balsamic oil. Roast 15-20 minutes until tender. Sprinkle with shaved Parmesan and serve immediately.
