2 Slices of Piccolo Como bread, Italian-style hearth bread
1 tbsp Basil Pesto
3 Cherry Tomatoes
2 Ciliegine Mozzarella
Yields: one sandwich
Heat up oven at 425 or heat up your Panini Press to medium-hot. Slice bread, make each piece 1/2" width. Spread Pesto onto bread, put mozzarella slices on top, then cherry tomatoes. Before pouring OMG! Sundried Tomato Balsamic Dipping Oil, shake the bottle vigorously so that the oil and balsamic mix well, immediately pour into spoon to drizzle on top. Put Panini in oven or press or 5-10 minutes, depending on preference. Cut diagonally .
