Marinated Olives

Yield: 1 cup marinated olives


1 cup brined mixed olives with pits

¼ cup OMG! Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Meyer Lemon

2 cloves garlic, smashed

½ TBS fresh rosemary, roughly torn

pinch crushed red pepper flakes


  • Drain olives and pat dry. Place in a small container with a lid that seals well. Add all other ingredients to the container with the olives. Stir to coat all the olives in the oil. 
  • Seal and place in the refrigerator until ready to use. The flavor will improve with time. Every now and then, give the olives a little shake to make sure everything stays coated with the oil. Serve with your favorite charcuterie or cheese platter.
