Sesame-Miso Marinade with Wild-Caught Salmon

Yield: about ¼ cup marinade, 4 servings of salmon


1 TBS white miso

3 TBS OMG! Thai Sesame Ginger Marinade and Dipping Oil

1 large clove garlic, minced

1 pound wild caught salmon filet


  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a small bowl, whisk miso, sesame ginger oil, and garlic together thoroughly. 
  • Remove pin bones from salmon and place skin-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with the sesame-miso marinade and bake 10-20 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork (cooking times vary depending on the thickness of the filet).
