1 TBS white miso
3 TBS OMG! Thai Sesame Ginger Dipping Oil
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 pound wild caught salmon filet
Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a small bowl, whisk miso, OMG! Thai Sesame Ginger Dipping Oil, and garlic together thoroughly.
Remove pin bones from salmon and place skin-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with the sesame-miso marinade and bake 10-20 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork (cooking times vary depending on the thickness of the filet).
