Truffled Mushroom Omelette




  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup(s) Cremini Mushrooms
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1/2 Medium Onion
  • 2 Tablespoon(s) Cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 2 Teaspoon(s) OMG! White Truffle Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Vegetable Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  1. Step 1.
    Slice mushrooms, onion, garlic and cilantro.
  2. Step 2.
    Break eggs into bowl. Add salt and pepper. Beat eggs until frothy.
  3. Step 3.
    Heat up pan on medium heat, put in vegetable oil. Add in mushrooms, onion and garlic. Sauté until roasted.
  4. Step 4.
    Add in Cilantro leaves. Take mushroom and onion mixture into a bowl. Set aside.
  5. Step 5.
    Using the same skillet, pour in eggs. Let bottom cook, then pour in mushroom and onion mixture. Flip when bottom is golden brown, then let other side cook.


Drizzle on OMG! White Truffle Oil as a finishing oil.
