Vegetable Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup(s) Jasmine Rice
  • 2 Cup(s) Water
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion, diced
  • 5 Mushrooms
  • 1 Celery Stick, chopped
  • 1 Carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 inch Ginger Root, peeled and minced
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) OMG! Thai Sesame Ginger Dipping Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Step 1.
    Rinse rice in cold water, be sure to stir. Prepare rice to instructions (1 cup Jasmine equals 2 cups water), leave it to cool. Set aside in a plastic bag in freezer overnight or two hours prior.
  2. Step 2.
    Heat up skillet or wok to medium heat, add in celery, carrot, garlic and ginger root. Fry for a few minutes, toss in onion.
  3. Step 3.
    Cook till well-cooked, then add in rice from freezer. Add 1 in soy sauce, sesame oil and OMG! Thai Sesame Ginger Dipping Oil. Be sure to super shake the bottle to get the most flavor.
  4. Step 4.
    Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.

SERVE

Finish with OMG! Thai Sesame Ginger Dipping Oil along with Salt & Pepper.
