INGREDIENTS
- 1 (1/2) Cup(s) cooked chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 5 Sundried Tomatoes
- 1/4 Cup(s) Tahini
- 1/4 Cup(s) Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
- 2-4 Tablespoon(s) Water
- 3 Tablespoon(s) OMG! Sundried Tomato Balsamic Dipping Oil
PREPARATION

Step 1.Combine chickpeas, sundried tomatoes, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and salt in the bowl of a food processor.

Step 2.Shake the OMG! Sundried Tomato Balsamic Dipping Oil bottle vigorously until the oil and balsamic are evenly mixed, then pour into the food processor.

Step 3.Use the pulse option on the food processor to combine everything, scrape the sides of the bowl, then turn the processor on and drizzle in water one tablespoon at a time until the desired consistency is achieved. Let the food processor run for about one minute to create a smooth mixture.
SERVE
To serve, place hummus in a bowl or on a rimmed plate and create an indentation in the center. Drizzle more oil into the indentation. Serve with veggies and pita chips.
